Are you a landlord or tenant looking to reduce your energy bills?

Torfaen Council are working with the Energy Saving Trust to assist landlords and tenants to make their property more energy efficient. 

There are many grants available for loft and cavity wall insulation which can improve the efficiency of your property and lower your fuel bills. You could save up to £150 a year by topping up your insulation and in some circumstances you may be entitled to free insulation!
